Shipping Policy
We provide FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on orders over US$69 after all discounts applied, in most countries or regions.
1) Exceptions:
Kindly note that we cannot ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses and non-continental Europe (islands and territories affiliated with the European countries) because our carrier can't ensure safe delivery to those addresses and there's nothing worse than a lost package. Besides, please put your address with details on the street number/building number if you have one.
2) Customs Duties:
Shipments from all our warehouses are delivery duty unpaid. Therefore, all customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. If any, these charges must be paid by the customers, especially if you choose DHL shipping for your order. Customers take full liability for all return shipment costs customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes. Please note that according to customs regulations, we cannot declare purchased items as gifts or list an amount lower than the actual product price.
3) Receiving Time:
For in-stock products, your receiving time will contain 1-5 business days of order processing time plus the shipping time listed above. For pre-order products, your receiving time will be calculated from the estimated shipping date plus the shipping time listed above. Please note that if your order contains both in-stock and pre-order products, the shipping date might vary based on the estimated shipping date of pre-order products.
During peak seasons such as Holidays, you might experience delays of up to 10additional working days on top of our usual processing and delivery schedule.We're grateful for your patience and understanding.

Shipping Rate
The shipping cost will depend on the actual logistics situation. Shipping pricesmay be higher during holidays and year-end events due to increased demandand limited supply.

We process orders on business days which are Monday through Friday, EasternStandard-Times, except for holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year's Day,Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and
Christmas.

Production & Processing Time: 5-10 business daysShipping time (from the date that it is shipped out, not the day the order isplaced):

When the order is ready to be shipped, a tracking link will be sent to your emailso you can follow your package.
In addition, if your order is personalized and/or needs modifications, it may takea few days for our designer to make customization. Design time will depend onthe complexity of the request.
Order Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so that you can followyour order all the way home! Please allow 5-10 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.
If you attempt to track your package and there is no information available thatjust means the carrier has not processed your parcel yet. When the parcel isscanned into the system, tracking events will populate on the tracking page.
If it is over your estimated arrival date, please contact us, and we will take careof this for you.
Incorrect Address
Make sure you provide the correct address at checkout because:
If there is incorrect or missing information that we can detect on our end, wemay be required to contact you for an update on the delivery information, whichmay cause delays in delivering your order.
We are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address orreturned to sender. The returned orders will be donated to charities and will notbe returned to our warehouse. Before reaching out to our customer service,please check your given shipping address first.
If you contact the final mile carrier after the order has left our warehouse andask them to forward or redirect your parcel, we are not responsible if that parcelgets lost, stolen, or damaged.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent inseparate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
